Afeccto treats your vault as private property. We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising.

1. What we collect

• Account: name, email, mobile number, password hash.
• Vault: assets, messages, beneficiaries, attachments you create.
• Operational: login times, IPs, audit events, reminder responses.

2. How we store it

Files are encrypted at rest. Database access is row-level isolated. Backups are encrypted. We do not log file contents.

3. Who can access

You. Beneficiaries you nominate (only after the release workflow). Afeccto staff strictly for support requests you initiate, or as required by law.

4. Sharing

We use trusted processors for email delivery, payments, and infrastructure. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Retention

We retain your vault while your account is active. On deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data anytime from your dashboard or by writing to support@afeccto.in.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication and security. No advertising cookies.
